MTA VIETNAM2018, the International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition, will return from 3 to 6 July 2018 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Into its 16th edition, MTA VIETNAM once again the premier gateway for Vietnam’s industrial manufacturers to be re-tooled with the most progressive machines, technologies and innovations available in the global marketplace for precision engineering and industrial manufacturing.

Encompassing 12,000 square meters of the exhibition space, this industry event is projected to feature up to 430 exhibitors from 22 countries and regions, with strong presence from 12 international group pavilions from Germany, Japan, Korea (4), Singapore, Taiwan (3), Thainland and United Kingdom– all competing to serve the manufacturing sector in Vietnam and the region. Each international group pavilion is reveived a great support from some well-known organisations, associations and agency, such as: Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), Incheon Business Information Technopark (IBIT), Singapore Precision Engineering & Technology Association (SPETA), Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), Engineering Industries Association (EIA) of UK, Baden-Württemberg International (BW-I) of Germany and others.

Education conferences and seminars to enhance specialized knowledge
Supplementing the bustling hive of activity on the exhibition floor, a full roster of educational sessions, technical seminars and workshops will also be hosted during the show. Featuring an impressive line-up of speakers from local and regional organizations, these sessions provide delegates with insights into precision engineering and manufacturing, industry trends as well as best practices.
This year, MTA VIETNAM2018 warmly welcomes three string of uplifting and highly inspirational seminars, bringing together well-known industry experts speaking on a variety of the most topical issues, which organized by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Multi Engineering Solutions Laboratory – MESLAB, Lean Six Sigma Network and CIMA Co., Ltd (Representative office of American Welding Society in Vietnam).
The impressive numbers of MTA VIETNAM2018
MTA VIETNAM2017 housed a total of 429 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions spread across 12,000 square meters of exhibition space, showcasing the latest high-tech precision engineering and machine tool technologies available in the global marketplace. This included 11 international group pavilions from Germany, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. Exhibitor satisfaction with the quality of the show was remarkably high due to quality visitors in attendance. Nearly 10,400 trade visitors from 30 countries and regions made their way to visit the show to observe countless machines in action and get unbeatable face time with top names in the manufacturing industry. The top five overseas visiting countries and regions were: Korea, Japan, Thailand, China and Singapore.
MTA VIETNAM2017 was also renowned for a string of conferences and seminars where nearly 350 delegates and thought leaders converged to synergize knowledge, foster industry learning and network for greater business potential.
